The Double Dome Carbide (DD) Bit is a proprietary, new carbide design that is already revolutionizing the drilling industry with its ability to drill continuously for a longer period of time and to produce more total footage in drilling applications all over the globe. In side by side comparisons, the double dome carbide has proven to last up to 40% longer than standard carbide bits, dramatically reducing overall drilling cost.
The DD Bits have been designed with a variety of face configurations and shank styles to meet virtually any kind of drilling need. They are available with concave, flat or convex faces with carbide sizes of 7/8", 3/4", 5/8", 9/16" or 1/2". Multiple shank styles allow the flexibility to fit many standard hammer bottom ends.

Another top quality product displayed at Numa’s exhibit will be the Champion RC45 reverse circulation hammer which is capable of drilling holes 4-3/4" to 5-1/4" (121-133 mm) in diameter. Made from the best materials under exacting conditions, the Champion RC45 yields lower drilling cost per foot by providing longer life and faster penetration rates. One of many new features incorporated into the Champion RC45 is a collection tube that is detachable from the backhead. This promotes easier maintenance and accessibility to the collection tube and other internal components without completely disassembling the hammer.
Stop by booth 4345 to see these new, ground breaking products along with Numa’s entire line of leading down hole hammer and bit designs.
