Numa, a leading designer and manufacturer of down hole hammers and bits, has announced the release of a new 5 gallon lubricator.Already known for supplying durable and high quality 15 and 45 gallon lubricators, Numa has added the 5 gallon lubricator to its arsenal!
This new lubricator fills out the product line. It comes in a sturdy steel frame that is super lightweight and strong. It has been designed to have high portability, ease of use and maintenance is a snap! The light weight frame allows contractor plenty of room to replace any of the components. A 2″ air manifold is a part of this new system and it provides the contractor the ability for a quick and easy connection and has multiple inlets to supply water and / or foam.
So light, that 2 people can pick it up and move around a jobsite!
Weighing in at only 72 lbs. (33 kg) without oil, the Numa 5 gallon lubricator is ideally designed for 3″ to 6″ hammers with the intention that the contractor only has to fill it up at the start of every shift. Like the other Numa lubricators, it uses a reliable positive displacement pump for a very consistent, continuous supply of rock drill oil when the air is turned on.
A 6″ hammer requires 2 quarts per hour, so a 5 gallon lubricator will supply oil for 10 operating hours.
Rounding out the great line of lubricators Numa has to offer is the 15 gallon lubricator that is used to supply rock drill oil for 8″ to 12″ hammers and the 45 gallon lubricator that is used to supply rock drill oil for 18″ to 33″ hammers.
